Pricing FAQ

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on fleet size and the level of service and integration work required. We work with every customer to build a commercial structure that reflects the value delivered. Contact us for a custom quote.

Are there per-plan or usage-based charges?

No. FuelMind generates unlimited fuel plans included in your subscription. There are no per-dispatch, per-plan, or per-truck charges beyond your base subscription.

What does onboarding look like?

We configure your TMS webhook connection, load your negotiated discount rates, set up your truck profiles, and validate the first fuel plans together. Most customers are generating live plans within one business day of kickoff.

Do you support our TMS?

FuelMind works with any TMS that supports outbound webhooks. McLeod, TMW Suite, Samsara, KeepTruckin/Motive, PCS TMS, Alvys, and custom in-house systems are all supported. Enterprise customers can request custom adapter development.

Can we use our own negotiated fuel card discounts?

Yes — and this is core to how FuelMind works. Your Pilot, Love's, TA, and any other contracted rates are loaded into the discount engine and applied to every fuel recommendation. FuelMind never substitutes its own pricing programs for yours.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

We structure agreements around annual subscriptions. Contract length and terms are negotiated as part of the commercial process. Contact us to discuss.
